Min/Max Serving Size: Min serving size is a piece cut 2" x 3" and Max serving size is a piece cut 2"x 2"

Refundable Fee: Within our pricing structure, is a refundable fee to cover the cost of our reusable cake plates and pillars. With in one week after your event, we ask you to return the pillars/plates to us. When items are returned, we will mail a check to you for the refund amount minus any replacement charges due to damage or missing pieces.

Serving Notes: Two serving numbers are provided for each cake. If you plan to save the top cake for your first anniversary – we suggest you use the smaller serving number. If you plan to serve the entire cake – then use the larger number. Serving numbers are based on a 1”x2” slice.

Booking Deposit: At the time of the order, we require 50% down with the rest to be paid in full 2 weeks prior to the event. $75 of any order will be held as a nonrefundable deposit.

Delivery Options: Delivery includes guarantee arrival and repair of any damage during transit.**  See below for additional cake or cupcake setup/delivery *** and floral arranging options.****

***Cupcakes: In New Glarus - Free of Charge, Outside New Glarus Zip Code - $2.00/mile + $25 Handling Fee

***Cupcake arrangement at event location is charged at $40/per hour plus delivery/handling fees (i.e placing cupcakes on wedding plates or stands). Set-up labor is estimated at time of order.

****Floral Arrangements: For any fresh or artificial flowers, we prefer your florist to provide their services to add the decor to the cake at your event location. If your florist is unavailable to do so, we will be happy to provide our services for a small fee of $5.00 per tier.
